Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges can only be made for alternate sizes ONLY. If you would like to exchange an item for size, please contact customer service within three (3) business days of receipt of the item(s). Email: info@kaydeon.com
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct size is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. In order to make an exchange, item(s) must be in new condition (un-worn with all tags and labels attached). Any signs of wear, tear, washing, damage, stains, rips, broken items, etc. will result in an exchange refusal. The item must be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn). We cannot exchange the item if it has been damaged in any capacity.
